A Few Teas From Around The World
From India To New Guinea The Flavors Are Varied
Brazil Mate
This green leaf from South America is not actually from the tea plant. It is, however, brewed as tea, can be drunk hot or cold, and contains more caffeine than coffee.

Chai
A blend of tea from northern India where families have their own recipes and the tast varies from one to another. It is always made, however, with black tea, cinnamon, cardamom, ginger and cloves. It is a wonderfully warming tea.

English Breakfast
A stimulating and refreshing blend of tea, usually containing Assam from India and leaves from Sri Lanka (Ceylon). As the name suggest, served int eh morning, often with milk.

Sencha
The most commonly drunk green tea in Japan. Many types of sencha exist and are recognized by their pale green liquor and fresh, flowery taste.

New Guinea Garaina
Not as dark as black teas from other countries. It has an earthy, fresh flavour.

Yunnan Tea
A strong, rich, black tea from China, sometimes nicknamed the 'Mocha of Teas'. It is an orange pekoe and ideal for breakfast drinking, being the only Chinese black tea to tolerate a drop of milk.
